Derek founded GreenGrowth CPAs in 2016 and grew it into a multi-state practice serving more than 1,500 clients. MiraFlores is the platform his own team wished existed. After years of stitching together organizers, spreadsheets, filing software, and billing tools, they built one system that runs the whole engagement, and proved it on their own book of business first.

Duncan leads engineering at MiraFlores, where he built the automation behind every filed return. His systems handle the full tax pipeline, from raw client documents to an AI-reviewed draft a preparer signs off on, and are built to go well beyond it. It's why a small firm can do the work of one ten times its size.
